Q1: How to control the products’ quality?

Q2: Can you provide OEM service?
A:Yes, we work on OEM orders. Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing solution, etc will depend on your requests; and your logo will be customized on our products.

Q3.  Is it possible to visit your factory?

A: It is very convenient to visit us, and all clients from all over the world are highly welcome to us.

Q4.Shipping Method and Shipping Time
A:1. Express courier like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc,shipping time is about 2-7 working days depends on country and area.
   2. By air port to port: about 7-12days depends on port.
   3. By sea port to port: about 20-35days 
   4. Agent appointed by clients.

Q5.What is the MOQ for your production?
A: MOQ depends your requirement for color, size, material and so on. For some normal items, we have stock, will have no MOQ requirement.
